The opening ceremony of Phabritek took place in Penang on November 17. Zhou Youbin, the Consul General of the People's Republic of China in Penang, was present, and Cao Guanyou, the Governor of Penang, gave a speech via video.

The opening ceremony of Phabritek was attended by Ghaddaffi, Director of the Penang Office of the Malaysian Investment Development Authority, Huang Xuanze, Chairman of Accelink, Liu Yaqin, General Manager of Phabritek, and officials from local departments. Lu Guoqing, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of China Information and Communication Technologies Group Corporation (CICT), visited Phabritek on the 18th, extending his best wishes for its launch.

In his speech, Consul General Zhou Youbin noted that Accelink is vigorously expanding its international presence and boosting its product competitiveness in global markets. Lu Guoqing, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of China Information and Communication Technologies Group Corporation (CICT), visited Phabritek to extend congratulations on its opening in representative of CICT. During his visit, Lu Guoqing and his team toured the office space and production workshop of Phabritek. They closely examined the company's personnel management, work safety, product quality, and operational processes, praising the efforts made in preparation for its establishment. Lu Guoqing also expressed warm regards to all the dedicated employees.
